Irish surfaces grow a coat
Algae, moss and dirt build within a couple of seasons here. It happens slowly enough that people stop noticing, until a strip gets cleaned and the difference is obvious.
It is a safety issue before it is a cosmetic one
Moss-covered paving and steps get genuinely slippery in wet weather. On a commercial premises where the public walk, that matters considerably more than appearance.
Cleaning is often the alternative to replacing
A surface that is dirty is not a surface that has failed. Cleaning costs a fraction of resurfacing, and on a sound driveway it is usually the right answer.

Identify the surface
Different materials take different pressure and technique. Getting this wrong damages the surface.
Protect surroundings
Planting, vents, doors and anything that will not thank you for a jet of water.
Clean
Worked evenly so there are no stripes or missed edges.
Clear the residue
Lifted growth and silt removed rather than left to wash into gullies.
Advise on sealing
Where sealing is genuinely worthwhile for the surface, and where it is not.

We do not publish figures, because a figure without a site visit is a guess. These are the variables that actually move the number - worth understanding whoever you end up using.
Area
The obvious one, and usually the main one.
How bad it is
Two seasons of algae and ten years of ingrained moss are different jobs.
Surface type
Some materials need slower, gentler work, which takes longer.
Water and access
Whether there is a supply on site and how far equipment has to reach.
Waste and drainage
On larger commercial jobs, controlling and clearing residue is a real part of the work.
When you don't need us
If your driveway is cracked, sinking or breaking up, cleaning it will make the damage more visible rather than less - that is a surfacing job. And a small patio with a hose and a stiff brush is a morning's work you can do yourself. We are worth it for scale, for height, or where the surface needs care.

Will pressure washing damage my paving?
Not when the pressure and technique suit the surface. Getting that judgement right is most of the skill, and we assess it on site.
How often should a driveway be cleaned?
Most Irish driveways benefit every one to two years, depending on shade, tree cover and drainage.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes - commercial cleaning is frequently scheduled for evenings or weekends.
Should I have it sealed afterwards?
Sometimes. It depends on the surface, and we will tell you when it is not worth the money.
Do you cover Kerry?
Yes, Limerick and Kerry.
