Surfacing done from the base up
A tarmac surface is only ever as good as what is underneath it. Most failed driveways and car parks did not fail in the wearing course — they failed because the sub-base was never right, or because water had nowhere to go. Greenway handles the full job: excavation, sub-base preparation, drainage falls, kerbing and edging, then the binder and wearing courses compacted properly.
Commercial and residential work
On the commercial side that means business park car parks, industrial yards, forecourts and private access roads, usually programmed to keep the premises operational while work proceeds. On the residential side it is driveways, parking aprons and shared entrances. Where a surface is sound but tired, resurfacing over a prepared base is often far more economical than a full dig-out.
Pothole and patch repairs
Not every job needs a full resurface. Pothole repairs, trench reinstatement after utility work, and patching around gullies and manholes are all routine work — and dealing with them early is considerably cheaper than waiting for water to get in and spread the damage.

How long does a driveway take?
Most domestic driveways are completed within a few days depending on size, groundworks required and weather. We confirm a realistic timeframe as part of the written quote.
Can you resurface over an existing driveway?
Often yes. If the existing base is sound, an overlay is a cost-effective option. If the base has failed, we will say so rather than lay a new surface over a problem.
Do you do white lining as well?
Yes. Tarmacadam and line marking are frequently done together so a car park is surfaced and fully marked out in one visit.
